The challenge
MaiaLearning sells academic and career planning into school districts, which is a long cycle with several people in the room and a buying window that opens once a year. They needed senior marketing direction and the hands to carry it out, and hiring for both was not the answer at their stage.
What we did
Fractional CMO. Strategy, positioning and the marketing calendar, working with the leadership team on a weekly cadence rather than a monthly report.
Website design and ongoing build in Webflow, including a product launch page for their university recruitment product.
A state landing page program. One page per priority state, built so the state-specific content lives in a few cards and everything else is a shared component. A design change lands across every state page at once instead of being rebuilt five times.
The A.I.M. Framework eBook. Written, designed and produced end to end as a print-quality gated asset, built to sit at the top of a paid social funnel aimed at school and district leadership.
Reporting through Supermetrics, so the numbers arrive without anyone assembling them by hand.

Results
A multi-year engagement across several product lines, which is the honest measure of a fractional arrangement working.
A repeatable state page system rather than a set of one-off pages, so expanding into a new state is a content task and not a build.
A flagship content asset that anchors top-of-funnel and gives the sales team something to lead with.
